An exciting opportunity has arisen for a BIM Technician to join a leading Building Services consultancy supporting the delivery of major data centre and mission critical projects.

This BIM Technician role is ideal for someone with around 3+ years' experience who enjoys producing high-quality BIM models while working closely with Mechanical and Electrical engineers. You'll play an important role in supporting project delivery by producing coordinated Revit models, allowing engineering teams to focus on technical design.

The successful BIM Technician will join an experienced BIM team working on some of the UK's most technically demanding Building Services projects within the rapidly growing data centre sector.

The Role

As a BIM Technician, you'll be responsible for:

• Producing high-quality Revit MEP models for data centre projects
• Supporting Mechanical and Electrical engineers with BIM production
• Creating and maintaining coordinated BIM models throughout project delivery
• Updating models in line with design changes and engineering mark-ups
• Assisting with multidisciplinary model coordination
• Ensuring BIM deliverables meet project and company standards
• Working collaboratively with engineers and BIM colleagues to meet project deadlines
• Supporting the successful delivery of multiple live Building Services projects

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a motivated BIM Technician with a Building Services background.

Ideally you'll have:

• Previous experience as a BIM Technician, Revit Technician or BIM Coordinator
• Around 3+ years' experience using Revit MEP
• Experience within a Building Services consultancy
• Good understanding of Mechanical and Electrical building services
• Strong Revit modelling skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary design team

The following would be advantageous:

• Experience working on data centres or mission critical projects
• Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination processes
• Experience working to BIM Level 2 standards
