Attention all Architectural Technologists!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled Architectural Technologist to join a well-established architectural firm, in a Contract position. This is a Hybrid Position, with occasional visits when needed to our client’s Glasgow or Manchester office. This is a great opportunity to work on a range of projects, specialising on stage 2 - 4.

-Competitive salary ranging from £35 to £40 per hour (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

-Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit/BIM.

-Support project delivery at all stages of design and construction.

-Work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to solve technical issues.

-Ensure all designs meet UK building regulations and quality standards.

-Help with planning and building control submissions.

-Take part in design meetings and offer technical input.

What we are looking for:

- Must be eligible for SC Clearance

-Must have extensive Revit experience, and familiar with BIM workflows.

-Must have demonstrable experience working from RIBA stage 2-4.

-Qualified in Architectural Technology (CIAT accreditation or ARB registered)

-Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and detailing.
