About the role:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Cash Allocation Clerk to join our client's Accounts Receivable Team based at our custom built offices in Cannock.

 

Your principle responsibilities will be to:   

  • Accurate posting of payments received onto sales ledger accounts

  • Accurate posting of failed validations onto sales ledger accounts

  • Banking to be done on the same day as receipt

  • Ensuring reports are produced in accordance with auditing requirements

  •  Maintaining the values and beliefs of the department – the Credo

About your Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Maths, Accounts GCSE

  • Accounting/credit control experience, SAGE, Word and Excel

  • Good communication skills

  • Team worker

  • Flexible with willingness to work longer hours on occasions

  • Ability to work under pressure and comfortable with repetition
