Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is a successful, professional recruitment company which has grown rapidly to become one of the UK's top 200 recruitment consultancies and a leading Recruiter in the Solent area. We are based on the Cams Hall Estate business park on the edge of Fareham, near to both Portsmouth and Southampton. We are now looking to recruit an additional trainee Graduate Recruitment Consultant. Full training will be provided.  

The role

We are looking for a graduate trainee to work as a Recruitment Consultant where the main task will be to source skilled professional candidates to support our clients in their hiring programmes. You will be joining a friendly office of Graduate Recruiters and will be talking on the telephone to customers, building relationships and matching individuals to our clients' vacancies. You will also be arranging interviews for your candidates and negotiating start dates with clients. 

About you

Ideally, you will be a recent or 2023 university graduate with an enthusiastic, competitive and ambitious personality and the desire to succeed in business. You will be looking for a career position where you can influence your progression through your performance. You will also have a strong ability to communicate on the telephone.
