We have achieved exceptional growth and we are now looking to hire additional Graduates to join our team of Specialist Recruiters concentrating on the search and selection of candidates.
The position
We are looking for graduates who want a career position where they can be trained as a contract candidate focused Specialist Recruiter. The work is fast-paced and centres upon finding candidates for temporary contract jobs and providing excellent customer service on the telephone. You will be building relationships and matching contractors to vacancies, as well as arranging for them to attend interviews with client companies.
About you
Ideally, you will be a new or recent university graduate. You do not need a specific university degree, but you should have a competitive personality and will be looking for a graduate job that provides you with the opportunity to earn commission and bonuses on top of your salary. You will be determined and proactive, with the ambition to succeed in recruitment by being the best Recruiter in the business. You will have a strong ability to communicate with customers, and you will have an excellent telephone manner.
