We are looking for recent or upcoming graduates who want a career position where they can be trained as a permanent staff, candidate-focused Specialist Recruiter. The work is fast-paced and centres upon finding candidates for permanent staff vacancies whilst providing excellent customer service on the telephone. You will be building relationships and matching candidates to vacancies, as well as arranging for them to attend interviews with client companies. 

About you

Ideally, you will be a new or recent university graduate. You do not need a specific university degree, but you should have a competitive personality and will be looking for a graduate job that provides you with the opportunity to earn commission and bonuses on top of your salary. You will be determined and proactive, with the ambition to succeed in recruitment by becoming a top billing permanent Recruiter. You will have a strong ability to communicate with customers and you will have an excellent telephone manner.
