Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects, with scope covering tunnelling, bridge works, service diversions and large-scale civils construction. The successful candidate must be available full time, on-site in West London.

Key responsibilities:

-Lead and develop the efficient and effective management of accurate, timely, and contract-compliant documentation

-Work closely with project management, engineering teams, the employer’s commercial team, and the client.

-Prepare periodic valuations and claims for completed work

-Maintain effective cost control, identifying contractual and commercial risks and opportunities.

-Ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability requirements relevant to the role.

-Produce monthly cost reports, forecasts, and contract budget reports.

-Keep risk registers and contingency records updated

-Review value management proposals

-Support procurement through tenders, including subcontract documentation production

-Manage subcontracts from placement to final account, including payment applications and variation registers.

Requirements:

-Relevant degree in Quantity surveying or equivalent industry experience

-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

-Right to work in the UK

-Power BI experience

-Experience in rail or infrastructure projects
