Attention all Revit MEP Coordinators!!

We are looking for a skilled Revit MEP Coordinator to join one of Europe’s leading design, engineering, environment and regulatory consultancies, in a contract position. With a hybrid working scheme, this is a great opportunity to work on a number of large-scale commercial projects.

-Competitive hourly rate of £38-£40 (depending on experience)

Key responsibilities:

-Develop and manage coordinated MEP models using Revit and BIM software

-Work closely with engineers and design teams to deliver clash-free designs

-Support project delivery from early design through to construction

-Coordinate with external stakeholders to resolve design issues

-Maintain model accuracy, compliance, and version control

What we are looking for:

-Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator in building services or consultancy

-Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks

-Strong understanding of MEP systems and BIM coordination

-Experience with RIBA Stages 3-4

-Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail
