Blueprint Recruitment are searching for a talented Landscape Architect to join a reputable engineering consultancy and take on a leadership role in one of their exciting HS2 projects. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of this high-profile infrastructure project as a Landscape Asset Lead. The successful candidate will be required to operate on hybrid basis, attending the London office 2-3 days per week.

Our client is renowned for its expertise across a variety of fields, including civil engineering, architecture, building technology, energy and the environment. They are on the lookout for an experienced Landscape Architect who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a passion for infrastructure projects and adept at leading multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage landscape design teams for the HS2 S1/S2 project
• Coordinate with other disciplines in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment
• Oversee design interfaces and ensure seamless integration across the project
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and project-specific requirements
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including project teams and external partners

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience using Microstation and Aecosim is preferred. Revit or Autocad is also acceptable
• Extensive experience in landscape design, with a proven track record in consultancy services for large-scale projects
• Strong leadership and management skills, particularly in overseeing landscape design teams
• Expertise in working with diverse stakeholders, managing relationships, and delivering on complex infrastructure projects
• Deep understanding of industry standards and regulatory compliance for landscape design
