The successful candidate will join an industry leader in providing sustainable Engineering solutions on a permanent staff basis.

This is a hybrid position which offers the successful candidate the opportunity to attend either the Bradford or Leeds offices, whilst working on Water and Waste Water projects.

As the selected candidate, you will co-ordinate the design team to deliver high quality outputs for a range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and all other relevant H&S legislation

- Produce concise Mechanical design deliverables across all design stages

- Report to the Design Manager

· Produce design deliverables for water, wastewater and process treatment plants

· Assist in all aspects of mechanical design from site surveys, feasibility studies, detailed design and tender pricing

· Monitoring of design delivery performance and efficiency

· Conduct regular meetings with project delivery teams

· Liaise with Mechanical, Electrical and Civil & Structural Designers

Key Requirements:

- Working knowledge of the layout of Water and Wastewater treatment works processes and equipment

- Flexibility to travel within the UK is advantageous to help support overall workload

- A chartered Engineer status is beneficial

- Provide mentorship to junior Mechanical Design Engineers

- Strong team leader & decision maker with proven experience

- Water and Wastewater design experience is desirable

- Good working knowledge of MS packages

- Strong communication skills

- Full driving licence
