As the selected candidate, you will be working on a variety of exciting clean and wastewater projects, and will be expected to work on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned project manager with previous experience within the Water industry. Our client: Specialising in providing a wide range of Asset Management, Engineering, Commercial and Strategic Advisory services across the UK, our client operates in a variety of sectors, including Water, Energy and Environmental. They are searching for a motived NEC Project Manager to join their dynamic team of specialists. Key responsibilities: · Drafting of project scope, site information and contract data documentation using client standardised templates (both NEC3 and 4) in collaboration with contract partners and client project managers. · Utilise and maintain an online contract management system for communications, including early warnings, compensation events, and programme notifications. · Vetting and processing monthly partner payment applications via the Client portal in line with the contractual requirements. · Lead weekly progress meetings with contract partners and client stakeholders. · Facilitate regular risk, issue, and benefit review sessions to manage client risk for your contracts. · Conducting cost/programme analysis to validate partner submissions against the framework requirements. · Conducting a monthly review and validation of the Partner forecast prior to submitting to client for the monthly project accounting update · Producing time and cost forecasts for each of your commissions for submission to client. · Working collaboratively with all stakeholders to produce the optimum outcomes for the Client across multiple concurrent projects Key skills: · APMP/ AMP PMQ (Project Management Qualification)/ PRINCE 2 or equivalent. · NEC3/4 working knowledge · NEC3/4 accreditation is desirable · Project management skills including organisational and diligent skills. · Effective communication, report writing and interpersonal skills. · Computer literate with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and other specialist computer packages (SAP, CRM’s, etc).
