Attention all Part 2 Architects!

Blueprint Recruitment have an exciting new opportunity for a highly skilled Part 2 Architect to join a fantastic consultancy on a long-term contract basis. Our client has a brilliant reputation for delivering innovative projects in the Commercial, Office, Educational, Residential, and Mixed-Use sectors. They are currently seeking a Part 2 Architect to join their dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work on high-profile projects while gaining invaluable experience within a forward-thinking consultancy. Based on the outskirts of Hertfordshire, this role offers a balance of office-based collaboration and flexibility, with just two days per week required in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the design team to develop creative and practical solutions for various projects.
  • Prepare high-quality designs and technical drawings using Revit (essential).
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure projects meet client requirements and deadlines.
  • Contribute to project planning and coordination across sectors, including commercial, educational, residential, and mixed-use developments.
  • Maintain project quality and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • A Part 2 Architectural qualification with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in Revit-experience is essential for this role.
  • A passion for design and delivering high-quality projects.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Experience in commercial, office, educational, or residential projects is highly desirable.
