We are looking to speak with motivated Civil Engineers to join a leading Design Engineering Consultancy, on a permanent basis.

As the successful candidate, you will be required to operate on a hybrid basis, attending either the London, Warwick or Manchester offices to work on a variety of projects in the Highways sector.

Key responsibilities: 

· Working to project budgets and resources to deliver high quality outcomes on schedule

· Managing a diverse portfolio of projects delivered by our multi-disciplinary design teams

· Coordinating project deliverables, site surveys and tracking progress against the project brief

- Managing mid-sized projects and/or design packages for large-scale initiatives

· Ensuring team adherence to company quality standards and best practices

· Managing resource allocation and project requirements across design disciplines

Key requirements:

· Chartered Engineer status or working towards

· A degree in Civil Engineering or a related subject

· Experience delivering highways projects

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Experience leading or contributing to bids and proposals

- Experience managing projects and teams on large highway projects

· Full clean UK driving license

· Strong organisational skills
