Blueprint Recruitment are looking to speak with Mechanical and Electrical Project Engineers to join a renowned, independent Construction contractor on a long-term contract basis. This is a fantastic remote position, which will see the successful candidate working on a variety of exciting Nuclear projects.

You will be joining a reputable Mechanical and Electrical contractor, who specialise in a variety of sectors across the building services and infrastructure industries. Our client offers services throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design, through to installation and maintenance.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist the Project/Construction Manager in co-ordinating an effective plant design and procurement strategy.
• Provide cost data for forecasts and evaluation of variations
• Ensure project costs are in line with the varied allowance
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
• Assist in the production of the contract programme and produce progress reports
• Build and maintain good client relationships
• Work together with design departments to ensure timely progressing of quality solutions
• Take a positive and solution orientated approach to working

Key requirements:

• Basic engineering background and experience working on Nuclear projects
• Security cleared or ability to be
• Hold an Engineering or Technical qualification
• CDM and Health & Safety knowledge
