Project Manager

Blueprint Recruitment is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join a leading to lead a leading Tier 1 contractor on a long-term basis in London. Workingo n a complex infrastructure project, this role has a focus on enhancing project capabilities through the entire lifecycle—from design and supply to commissioning and handover. As the Project Manager, you will report to the Tranche Lead, working closely with our client and other Tier 1 suppliers to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment with their safety-first values and project KPIs.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage all stages of project delivery, ensuring infrastructure meets functionality and safety standards.
• Develop construction sequences, schedules, and conduct constructability reviews with Tier 1 suppliers.
• Oversee structural and MEP systems construction, including structural openings, service diversions, link bridges, and accommodation facilities.
• Coordinate updates to building systems, including MEP, BMS, security, and fire safety installations.
• Implement safety best practices across design and delivery stages.
• Set and monitor project objectives, ensuring accountability within the team.
• Track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support design and procurement phases, focusing on efficiency, budget, and target-setting.

Requirements:

• Experience working between disciplines on large Civil/Structural projects, with added knowledge of MEP systems.
• Must have a Teir 1 Contractor background.
• Background in delivering complex systems in the construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, able to lead multidisciplinary teams and liaise with various project stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and meet project KPIs related to schedule, budget, and quality.
