Blueprint Recruitment is looking to speak with Project Managers to join a leading Quantity Surveying and Cost Management Practice, on a permanent staff basis.
The successful candidate must be able to commute into Kent, as this position requires office presence on a hybrid basis to work on Water/Water Treatment projects.
If selected, you will be responsible for providing expertise whilst ensuring the successful delivery of projects to agreed budget and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Liaise with customers, internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
· Provide regular project, including financial forecasting.
· Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
· Collaborate with project managers to define project scopes and objectives
· Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports
· Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
Key Requirements:
· A degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
· Past NEC experience
· Proven experience in project coordination or related roles
· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
- Positive communication skills, both written and verbal
