Blueprint Recruitment is looking to speak with Quantity Surveyors to join a leading Contractor on a permanent staff basis in London.

The selected candidate will use their prior experience in managing MEP and Building Services to contribute to the growth of the Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure commercial aspects are carried out in accordance with requirements

· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

- Supply chain management

· Assist with cash management

· Project metrics and commercial reporting

· Support the Commercial Manager to implement commercial procedures

Key Requirements:

· A degree in a relevant subject

· A practical and methodical way of working

· Ability to hold a CSCS card

- Extensive experience working as a Quantity Surveyor

· Excellent communication skills

· Demonstratable Construction knowledge

· Experience contributing to procurement and contract strategies
