Blueprint recruitment is looking to speak with passionate Revit Technicians to join a forward thinking, Construction Consultancy on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid position, requiring the successful candidate to attend the Hemel Hempstead office 3 days per week.

Our client has built an unrivalled reputation by offering excellent services in a variety of sectors, including, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Residential, Education and Transport.

Key Responsibilities: 

· Conduct regular quality checks on the BIM model to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards

· Work closely with Architects, Engineers, and other team members

· Create detailed 3D models of buildings and structures using Revit software

· Attend project meetings when necessary

· Review and analyse documents and designs to maintain accuracy

· Provide training and support to Junior team members

· Ensure that projects are delivered within specified timeframes

Key Requirements:

· Major projects experience

· Previous experience in the detailing of structural steelwork, reinforced concrete, super and sub structures

· A minimum of 2D CAD and RC detailing, ideally with 3D CAD

· Good understanding of current UK building regulations and legislation

· Experience communicating with a variety of stakeholders, including clients and design teams

· Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Experience working with Revit, and some exposure to Navisworks

· Thorough and organised working method Problem solving and professional attitude
