This job opportunity for a Revit Coordinator is one you don’t want to miss!

Blueprint Recruitment has an opportunity for an experienced Revit Coordinator to join a Building Services Consultancy on a permanent staff basis.

Based in our client’s Bristol or Cardiff offices, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting Prison, Healthcare and Education projects.

The successful Revit Coordinator will play a crucial role in implementing and coordinating Revit models, whilst working closely with Design and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintaining and building strong professional relationships

· Lead the delivery on a variety of projects

· Attend project meetings when necessary

· Complete regular quality checks on the BIM model to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards

· Create detailed Building Services models using Revit MEP software

· Manage MEP models and drawings to be implemented

· Liaise with a variety of stakeholders, including clients and other design teams

· Ensure that projects are delivered within specified timeframes and budgets

Key Requirements:

· Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

· Previous experience Co-ordinating MEP Services

· Strong analytical skills

· Extensive experience with the practical application of Revit modelling  

· Strong experience digesting BIM documentation

· Ability to attend BIM meetings and coordination workshops

· Experience using Navisworks, AutoCAD & Fabrication MEP
