Attention all Revit Coordinators!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are searching for an experienced Revit Coordinator, to join on a permanent basis in Manchester.

Our client is looking for a driven Revit Coordinator to contribute to the success of their dynamic team and to work on a number of Commercial, Residential and Educational Projects.

If selected, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and coordination of Revit models, whilst working closely with Design and Engineering teams to ensure the seamless integration of BIM technologies.

This reputable company works a variety of clients including architects, project managers, end-users, developers, and contractors and have delivered services to some of the country’s most prestigious projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients and building strong professional relationships
• Leading the MEP BIM delivery on a variety of projects
• Attending project meetings when necessary
• Complete regular quality checks on the BIM model to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards
• Create a detailed 3D Building Services models using Revit MEP software
• Creating and managing Mechanical and Electrical models and drawings to be implemented
• Reviewing and analysing documents and designs to ensure accurate delivery
• Ensure that projects are delivered within specified timeframes and budgets

Key Requirements:

• Experienced Revit Coordinator
• Experience working on Commercial, Education and Residential projects.
• Extensive experience with the practical application of Revit MEP modelling
• Strong experience digesting BIM documentation
• Past experience attending BIM meetings and coordination workshops
• Experience using Navisworks, Autocad & Fabrication MEP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders, including clients and other design teams
