Exciting opportunity for a Revit MEP Coordinator!

Blueprint Recruitment are seeking an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading design consultancy on long-term contract basis near Brentwood. Working on the design stages of a confidential UK-based data centre project, this is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office. About Our Client

Our client is a leading design and build consultancy specialising in delivering complex engineering solutions across the building services sector. With expertise in data centres and other mission-critical facilities, they pride themselves on their innovative approach and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed Revit MEP models for a large-scale data centre project.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure seamless integration.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and maintain model accuracy.
• Produce detailed design drawings, schedules, and technical documentation.
• Adhere to project deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs.
• Support the project team by addressing technical challenges and ensuring smooth delivery.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Revit MEP with demonstrable experience in large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of data centre design and building services systems.
• Ability to coordinate and integrate complex MEP systems effectively.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in building services design.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
