Attention all motivated Revit MEP Coordinators!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are searching for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading, independent engineering and construction contractor. This contract position is located in Hampshire, and requires the selected candidate to operate in the office on a full-time basis. Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of stage 3-5 commercial and leisure projects.

Our client specialises in environmentally focused mechanical and electrical engineering design services, offering expertise in sectors such as education, healthcare, residential, retail, and more. They provide a range of solutions including energy efficiency, sustainability, and low-carbon designs, ensuring buildings are functional, comfortable, and environmentally responsible.

Key responsibilities:

• Creating and managing models and drawings to be implemented.
• Ensuring that projects are delivered within specified timeframes.
• Maintaining compliance with the client’s protocols and standards.
• Reviewing and analysing documents and designs to maintain accuracy.
• Attending project meetings when necessary.

Key requirements:

• Extensive experience with the practical application of Revit MEP modelling and Navisworks.
• BIM 360 experience is desirable.
• Commercial and leisure project experience.
• Understanding of current UK building regulations and legislation.
• Ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders, including clients and other design teams.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
