Revit MEP Coordinator required!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking to speak with an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a Mechanical and Electrical Design Company, on a contract basis, outside IR35.  

This opportunity is based in London and is offering the opportunity to work on exciting Commercial projects.

If selected, you will have the opportunity to work with Engineers and Technicians, whilst overseeing the coordination of Mechanical and Electrical Systems using Revit software

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure projects are delivered within specified timeframes and budgets

· Maintain and develop strong professional relationships

· Complete regular quality checks on the BIM model to ensure accuracy

· Review and analyse documents and designs to ensure accurate delivery

· Create detailed 3D Building Services models using Revit MEP software

·  Develop and manage MEP models and drawings to be implemented

· Attend project meetings when necessary

Key Requirements:

· Previous experience Co-ordinating MEP Services

· Strong analytical skills

· A degree in Engineering or a relevant field

· Extensive experience with the practical application of Revit MEP modelling

· Strong experience digesting BIM documentation

· Past experience attending BIM meetings and coordination workshops

· Experience using Navisworks, AutoCAD & Fabrication MEP

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
