Calling all Revit MEP Coordinators!

Blueprint Recruitment have an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join an international engineering consultancy on a permanent basis in London. This role will focus on a variety of exciting projects throughout the Commercial, healthcare, Residential, Education, and Industrial sectors, and requires the selected candidate to operate on a hybrid basis. Our client is an international, integrated consultancy of engineers, designers and advisers. Key Responsibilities:

·         Maintain and develop positive client relations

·         Complete mark ups on drawings and make any necessary amendments

·         Perform regular quality checks on the BIM model to ensure accuracy

·         Create detailed 3D building services models using Revit software

·         Liaise with a range of stakeholders

·         Attend project meetings when necessary

·         Create and manage models and drawings to be implemented

·         Reviewing and analysing documents and designs

Key Requirements:

·         Revit software experience is essential.

·         Working knowledge of current UK building regulations and legislation

·         Experience working on Commercial, Healthcare, Residential, Education, or  Industrial projects is ideal.

·         A degree in Engineering or a relevant field.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

·         Extensive experience with the practical application of Revit MEP modelling.

·         Able to attend BIM meetings and coordination workshops.
