Calling all Revit MEP Technicians!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Revit MEP Technician to join an award-winning Engineering Design Consultancy, on a permanent staff basis.

Our client is offering the flexibility to attend the London office on a hybrid basis to work on a range of exciting Commercial, Residential, Education and Data Centre projects.

The selected candidate will play a key role in the production of building services models and drawings using Revit MEP software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed Revit models of MEP systems based on designs and specifications
• Work closely with MEP Engineers, Designers and Project Managers to understand project requirements
• Participate in meetings with various stakeholders
• Conduct regular reviews of Revit models and drawings to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications
• Stay updated on industry trends, software updates and best practices 
• Modelling projects from stages 2-4

Key Requirements:

• A degree in Engineering or a relevant field
• Prior experience working on building projects  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Extensive experience working as a Revit MEP Technician
• Proficiency in Revit MEP software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes and industry standards
