SENIOR BIM COORDINATOR

Calling all Senior BIM Coordinators! We are working in tandem with an established, global M&E consultancy, who are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their project team, in a permanent position. Our client is looking for you to bring your skills and expertise to their organisation, working from their London office on a hybrid basis on a variety of complex Data Centre and commercial projects. -Competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 (depending on experience). -Ongoing professional development opportunities, hybrid working arrangements, pension scheme, bonus schemes, and more. Responsibilities: -Manage and produce detailed BIM designs, whilst liaising with multidisciplinary project professionals, allowing for designs to adhere to client needs. -Run frequent clash detection assessments to locate issues pre-emptively, maintaining quality assurance throughout. -Ensure that all project documentation is maintained and kept up to date, within the Common Data Environment. -Conduct frequent coordination meetings with project teams, clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Requirements: -Previous experience working as a BIM Coordinator, or in a relevant role. -Prior experience working on Data Centre and other complex projects is preferred. -Strong understanding of relevant industry software tools such as Revit and Navisworks, as well as key clash detection systems and COBie data systems. -Significant knowledge of BIM systems, and the relevant industry standards, codes, regulations, and best practices. -Proficiency in the management and development of detailed BIM models and designs, ensuring accuracy. -Effective written and communication skills. RISK MANAGER

This role will consist of an on-site working arrangement, where in which the chosen professional will work from one of our client’s offices in Derby or Enfield. STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Structural or Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, with an attained chartered status, or actively working towards one. -7+ years of experience as a Structural Engineer, or a similar position, working within a consultancy environment, with an understanding of relevant processes and techniques. -Significant technical background, with an understanding of relevant software tools, such as Tekla, ETABS, BIM platforms (Revit, Navisworks and ACC), and Microsoft Office. -Extensive experience with seismic design production, steel structures, and the production of detailed drawings for a range of projects, ideally EMEA. -Strong and effective communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain rapport with project teams, and a willingness to travel across the UK and internationally. Within this position, you will be required to work on a hybrid basis, working across the country.
