Blueprint are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Civil & Structural team on a full time, permanent basis. The position is specifically focused on Business Development and Client relationship management. To apply for this position, you must be eligible to live and work in the UK. You must also be able to commute to the office full time, Monday - Friday. Basic Salary - £28,000 - £40,000 OTE - £50,000 - £75,000 Location: Fareham, Hampshire Years of experience required: 1 – 5 yrs. Responsibilities in this role: · Posting and Promoting Job Openings: Create and advertise internal job openings at Blueprint across the company website and social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, to attract potential candidates. · Screening Applicants: Reach out to applicants, collect relevant information, and evaluate whether they meet the qualifications and fit for the role. · Interview Coordination and Conducting: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, both in person and via Teams, in collaboration with a company director. · Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with Blueprint’s Marketing Executive to promote a professional and consistent personal brand on social platforms, effectively representing the company. · Candidate Tracking and Reporting: Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintain detailed records, and provide regular updates to company directors on staffing needs and recruitment progress. · Represent the company at careers and networking events.
