Project Manager – Multiple positions available Blueprint Recruitment are looking to speak with motivated Project Managers of all experience levels to join a renowned utilities consultancy on a permanent basis. This opportunity is located just outside of Birmingham and will see the successful candidates working on a variety of exciting Water Treatment, Energy and Utilities projects. The ideal candidates will come from either a consultancy or client-facing background, with skills in business development and sales. Our client is a specialist consultancy firm that focuses on utilities and infrastructure projects. They provide expert analysis, strategic planning, and project management to keep infrastructure projects on track. Our client’s approach is rooted in practical, principle-based decision-making, aiming to improve project outcomes by reducing complexity and enhancing collaboration. They work with key Utility providers in the South of England, and will be growing their team with AMP8 around the corner. Key responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to the project team. Ensure that all team members are working together effectively to achieve project objectives. Asset planning, feasibility, business case, outline design coordination Contract management Identify and manage project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies Prepare reports and documentation as required by the contract Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations Key requirements Previous experience working with a consultancy or have a client-facing background Skills in Business Development, Sales and Client Relations Experience working within the Water, Utilities, Energy sectors The ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Attention all Lead CAD Technicians! Blueprint Recruitment are working alongside a leading infrastructure contractor who are seeking a talented Lead CAD Technician to join their team. This long-term contract position is located in either Newcastle or Leeds, and will require the successful candidate to operate on a hybrid basis. Our client is providing a great opportunity to work on a variety of exciting substation projects.
