Calling all CAD Draughters! Blueprint Recruitment have an excellent new opportunity for an experienced CAD Draughter to join a reputable construction contractor on a contract or permanent basis. Located in Derby, this is a brilliant opportunity for the successful candidate to work on a variety of projects, outside IR35! If selected, you will be required to operate on a hybrid basis, attending the office 4 days per week. They are a leading commercial and industrial contractor specialised in providing electrical, mechanical and civil engineering installations throughout the UK. Key Responsibilities: Create detailed technical drawings based on sketches and specifications Utilise CAD software to produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings Collaborate closely with Engineers and Architects to ensure designs meet project requirements Ensure that drawings adhere to industry standards, regulations, and best practices Organise and maintain documents for reference Participate in design reviews and provide input on feasibility, and cost-effectiveness Stay updated on advancements in CAD technology and techniques Key Requirements: Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Revit.
