Attention all Senior Quantity Surveyors! We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist engineering company on a 6-month initial contract basis. Our client offers the flexibility to work in a hybrid arrangement; this will consist of 2-3 days a week in their office in Bewl. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a water treatment project, with a highly experienced and motivating team. Key Responsibilities: -Oversee quantity surveying duties throughout all project phases. -Prepare and manage cost plans, tender documents, and contracts. -Control project risk, value, and cost from inception to completion. -Provide procurement and contract advice to clients. -Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants for seamless delivery. -Deliver financial reports and strategic commercial insights to Directors.
