Blueprint Recruitment are seeking an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading design consultancy on long-term contract basis near Brentwood. Working on the design stages of a confidential UK-based data centre project, this is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office. About Our Client Our client is a leading design and build consultancy specialising in delivering complex engineering solutions across the building services sector. With expertise in data centres and other mission-critical facilities, they pride themselves on their innovative approach and commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Create and manage detailed Revit MEP models for a large-scale data centre project. Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure seamless integration. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and maintain model accuracy. Produce detailed design drawings, schedules, and technical documentation. Adhere to project deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs. Support the project team by addressing technical challenges and ensuring smooth delivery. Requirements Proficiency in Revit MEP with demonstrable experience in large-scale projects. Strong understanding of data centre design and building services systems. Ability to coordinate and integrate complex MEP systems effectively. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in building services design. Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
