Blueprint Recruitment are seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to join a leading client of ours on a long-term contract basis in Bristol. This opportunity is a full-time, site-based role where you will be responsible for managing the mechanical and electrical (M&E) aspects of various exciting Water Treatment projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Avonmouth Sewage Treatment Works, focusing on Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) components. Ensure project milestones are met, while adhering to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams to ensure seamless workflow and efficient project delivery. Implement and enforce SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) procedures. Monitor project progress, track schedules, and manage budgets effectively. Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure that all work meets the required standards. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks. Provide regular progress reports to senior management. Key Requirements: Proven experience in managing M&E projects, preferably within the water treatment sector. Familiarity with water treatment processes and M&E systems. Valid SMSTS certification is essential. Strong leadership and project management skills. Ability to work full-time on site in Bristol. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
