Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Resident Engineer to support a high-profile data centre project which is set to begin in March. Responsibilities: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems on-site. Ensure all electrical work aligns with design specifications, project requirements, and industry standards. Liaise with contractors, consultants, and client representatives to resolve technical issues. Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and recommending solutions. Review and approve technical documentation, reports, and site records. Requirements: Proven experience as an Electrical Resident Engineer or similar role within data centre projects. Strong knowledge of power distribution, UPS systems, generators, and electrical infrastructure. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for mission-critical environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
