Attention all M&E Project Managers! Blueprint Recruitment have an exciting opportunity you don’t want to miss! We are looking for one Mechanical Project Manager and one Electrical Project manager, to work on a major redevelopment project, responsible for managing part of the M&E package of work, which comprises of new build, temp works, infrastructure modifications, etc. This role will consist of 4-5 days on site in Devonport. Our client is a multidisciplinary construction consultancy, focusing on the following sectors, commercial & retail, leisure, education, healthcare, industrial, heritage and many more. Key Responsibilities: -Manage and coordinate the delivery of construction packages from start to finish, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met. -Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to meet specifications and quality standards. -Monitor progress, resolve issues, and assist with procurement, tendering, and contractor selection. -Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. -Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and lead meetings with clients and senior management. -Manage project documentation, including contracts and specifications.
