This role is available across a variety of experience levels, so we encourage you to apply. The role will be mainly office based, with 1 day working from home available. Our client is a well-established architectural practice known for creating sustainable, functional spaces tailored to client needs. They specialise in a range of sectors, including residential, workspaces, cultural and education. Key Responsibilities: -Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver integrated and innovative design solutions. -Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring designs meet both client needs and regulatory requirements. -Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using Revit and Adobe Suite -Prepare and manage planning and building regulation applications throughout the approval process. -Attend client meetings and site visits to ensure the design vision is executed and address any arising issues. -Ensure designs adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
