Key Responsibilities: -Support and coordinate BIM delivery for MEP projects in line with client and industry standards. -Manage and maintain federated models and project data environments. -Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), project workflows, and quality standards. -Collaborate with design engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure data consistency and model accuracy. -Assist with clash detection, reporting, and resolution using tools such as Navisworks. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with up to three days per week required in the client's Glasgow office. Our client is a global engineering design and build consultancy, known for delivering sustainable and innovative solutions. You will be joining an expert team working specifically on an exciting national grid project, focusing on all aspects of substation upgrades and extensions, whilst shaping the future for the national grid network! Key Responsibilities of your role: -You will play a key role in supporting the preparation of project proposals, by leading presentations and contract negotiations. Then supporting such project from concept to completion. -Be responsible for reporting regularly on the projects progress – including costs, procurement issues, potential impacts, and design questions etc. -Support the current relationships with clients, project stake holders, regulatory bodies and subcontractors.
