Our client is looking for someone with extensive experience in electrical engineering to join their team in a contract role. The successful candidate will work on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of four days a week on site in London. Our client is an international engineering consultancy that specialises in designing, building, and maintaining infrastructure projects across various sectors. Key Responsibilities: -Manage electrical installations, ensuring compliance with design specs and industry standards. -Supervise daily site activities, offering technical support to contractors and subcontractors. -Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety. -Review electrical designs and technical specs. -Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. -Maintain documentation and ensure safety compliance. -Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders. -Attend client meetings and feed back to the design team in office to ensure build is aligned with design. They are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced technical architect to join their team in a permanent role, working on a hybrid basis, with up to three days a week in their London office. Our client is a globally recognised architecture and design firm, specialising on a range of sectors including retail, leisure, residential, hospitality, mixed-use developments, and urban regeneration. Key Responsibilities: -Lead the technical design and development of architectural projects from start to finish. -Liaise with teams to ensure designs meet technical goals and requirements. -Oversee technical documentation, ensuring quality and compliance. -Provide expert advice on materials, construction, and building systems. -Coordinate with external consultants and contractors for smooth project delivery. -Act as the main contact for technical inquiries and problem-solving. Key Requirements: -A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (RIBA or equivalent qualification is a plus). -Proven experience as a Technical Architect or in a similar role. -Strong knowledge of architecture, construction methods, and building systems. -Experience with BIM and other architectural software tools. -Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. -Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements. -Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards. They’re looking for someone with strong experience and leadership skills to join their team in a permanent role, working on impressive residential projects. The successful candidate will work on hybrid basis with up to three days a week in the clients London office. Our client is a leading engineering consultancy, known for delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions in civil and structural engineering. Key Responsibilities: -Lead and manage civil engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and deadlines are met. -Provide technical expertise and advice to clients, contractors, and internal teams. -Design and oversee infrastructure projects, including drainage, highways, and site developments. -Perform calculations and analysis to support designs and solutions. -Work closely with other departments to deliver integrated solutions. -Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout projects. Key Requirements: -A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent). -UK experience with drainage, highways and FRA reporting. -Micro drainage and Causeway Flow experience. -Chartered status (CEng) with a recognized professional body such as ICE, or a commitment to achieving this. -Extensive experience in civil engineering. -Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design tools. -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Our client is a global-leading engineering consultancy specialising in built environment design and data centre design services. Key Responsibilities: -Design and deliver ICT systems to meet client needs and specifications. -Collaborate with project teams, architects, and clients to gather requirements. -Provide technical expertise during design and implementation. -Prepare design documentation, conduct feasibility studies, and provide cost estimates. -Oversee system installation and ensure compliance with industry standards. -Assist in integrating ICT solutions with existing infrastructure. Key Requirements: -Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
