Attention all Site Supervisors! Blueprint Recruitment is seeking an experienced professional for an exciting contract role with one of our leading clients. The successful candidate will join a global engineering, architecture, construction, and environmental services firm, working on-site in Cambridgeshire. Our client operates across various sectors including energy, utilities, oil and gas, and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: -Assist the site manager and supervise on-site works, including managing subcontractors and providing feedback. -Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and adherence to setting-to-work procedures. -Maintain project timelines while upholding the highest health and safety standards. -Produce timely reports and provide necessary project information. -Supervise staff and subcontractors to ensure production targets are met. -Maintain quality standards and assist with generating as-built drawings. -Implement Safe Systems of Work and issue Permits to Dig. Key Requirements: -Full UK driving licence. -Minimum 5 years’ experience in the T&D industry, preferably on National Grid sites. -Previous experience at a supervisory level. -Nation Grid Competent Person NSI 6 & 8 Full. -IOSHH Managing Safely or SMSTS or SSSTS. -IOSH environmental or equivalent. -CSCS or CCNSG Safety Passport. -HSG47. -HNC/HND in civil engineering, or relevant qualifications, is a bonus! -Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.For further information on this opportunity, please contact Max Williams on 02392 603030 or email max.williams@blueprintrecruit.com Alternatively, please apply directly using the “Apply” option below.
