This pivotal role will involve managing and ensuring the effective delivery of information across a range of commercial, education and healthcare projects, with a focus on data governance and maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Setting up and adhering to EIRs (Exchange Information Requirements - ISO19650 etc) Complete BIM Execution Plans and conduct BIM meetings. Being the main point of contact for any BIM requirements. Promote the use of project management tools. Provide training on information systems. Key Requirements: Ability to be client facing. Extensive experience in BIM Management. Strong knowledge of BIM and information management systems. Excellent organisational and attention to detail skills.
