Maidstone | £75,000–£110,000 | Permanent | Hybrid We're looking for an experienced Electrical Technical Director or Associate Electrical Engineer to take a senior role within an established Building Services team in Maidstone. You'll provide technical leadership across a varied portfolio of projects, with a particular focus on Stage 3–4 Electrical Building Services design, while supporting the wider development and delivery of the team. What you'll be doing Leading Electrical Building Services design and technical delivery Overseeing projects through RIBA Stages 3–4 Providing technical guidance and leadership to engineers Reviewing designs and maintaining high technical standards Managing client and project stakeholder relationships Supporting the continued development of the Building Services team What we're looking for Strong Electrical Building Services design experience Currently operating at Associate, Technical Director or similar senior level Strong technical knowledge across Stage 3–4 design Experience leading projects and supporting engineering teams Confident client-facing and stakeholder management skills Able to work on a hybrid basis from the Maidstone office The opportunity £75,000–£110,000, depending on experience and seniority.
