REVIT MEP COORDINATOR

The successful candidate will be working on a Hybrid basis, from our client’s Manchester office, in which you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of extensive healthcare projects, at stages 4-5. -Competitive hourly rate ranging from £37-£40/hr (depending on experience). -Hybrid working arrangement (3 days a week). Responsibilities: -Develop and manage coordinated MEP models for a variety of healthcare projects using Revit and Navisworks software. -Collaborate with engineers and design teams to deliver clash-free designs with complete accuracy. -Support project delivery from early design through to construction. -Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve design issues. -Maintain model accuracy, compliance, and version control.
