CIVIL 3D TECHNICIAN

Looking for a fully remote Civil 3D contract with exposure to major data centre projects? We're looking for an experienced Civil 3D Technician to support complex infrastructure design, with a particular focus on below-ground utilities, levels and coordinated drawing production. This is an initial 6-month contract, working fully remotely and Outside IR35. What you'll be doing Producing detailed civil drawings using Civil 3D Coordinating below-ground utilities and services Developing and coordinating site level strategies Producing accurate technical drawing packages Working with multidisciplinary design information Supporting the delivery of complex data centre projects What we're looking for Strong Civil 3D skills High competency in technical drawing production Experience with below-ground utilities coordination Good understanding of level strategies Data centre experience is highly preferable Experience on similarly complex projects, such as pharmaceutical facilities or technology parks, will also be considered Revit experience would be beneficial The opportunity You'll receive £35 to £38 per hour, Outside IR35, on an initial 6-month contract with the flexibility to work fully remotely. ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST

This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years' experience who enjoys combining technical design, project delivery and client interaction within a collaborative design environment. You'll play a key role in coordinating projects from concept through to delivery, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure high-quality technical solutions are delivered on time and to specification. The Role You'll be involved in: Delivering technical design packages across healthcare projects Producing and coordinating detailed drawing information Managing project delivery through technical design stages Liaising directly with clients and key project stakeholders Coordinating with architects, consultants and multidisciplinary teams Supporting project planning, programme management and delivery objectives Ensuring technical compliance and quality standards are maintained This is a client-facing role with genuine responsibility for project coordination and delivery. What They're Looking For 3–5 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist within UK practice Experience working on healthcare projects Strong technical design and detailing capability Ability to manage project delivery and stakeholder relationships Excellent communication and client-facing skills Strong organisational and project coordination abilities Experience across complex or technically demanding projects would be highly beneficial. Civil 3D Technician required for a fully remote, 6-month Outside IR35 contract paying £35 to £38 per hour. Strong Civil 3D and drawing production skills are essential, alongside experience coordinating below-ground utilities and level strategies. Data centre experience is highly preferable, although experience within similarly complex environments will also be considered.
