This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in Revit and AutoCAD who is looking to further develop their BIM and building services experience within a collaborative technical environment. The Role You'll be involved in: Producing Revit MEP models and technical drawings across healthcare, leisure, commercial and retail projects Supporting project delivery across multiple sectors Support BIM workflows and the production of high-quality technical drawings and project information. Work closely with engineers, consultants and wider project teams to support collaborative design and coordination. Contribute to the delivery of multidisciplinary BIM projects, supporting integration across all disciplines. Maintain and uphold BIM standards, model quality and best practices throughout project lifecycles. What They're Looking For Experience as a Revit Technician or BIM Technician within building services Minimum 2 years' experience using Revit and AutoCAD Strong technical drawing and model production skills Good understanding of MEP coordination principles Ability to work collaboratively within a project team Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Experience within building services consultancy environments would be highly beneficial.
