Blueprint Recruitment are working alongside a leading water consultancy who are searching for multiple Senior / Project Managers to join them on a permanent basis in the South of England. The Senior/Project Manager, working in a hybrid capacity, will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle on a variety of exciting water projects, ensuring governance compliance, and managing engagement with both internal and external stakeholders. Our client is a leading specialist in the installation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and communication systems for critical infrastructure. They serve various sectors, including energy, water, transport, and telecoms, providing expertise in both new installations and complex upgrades. Known for their reliable and high-quality service, they focus on delivering projects safely and efficiently, while minimising disruption. Key responsibilities Support the definition of solutions to meet the project objectives, responsible for preparing a clear business case and developing the best procurement strategy for the project and oversee the production of the specifications and contract documentation. Developing strategy for obtaining any required third-party consents, highlighting program and project risks relating to consents required Effective liaison with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth running and timely project delivery Promote and sustain Thames Water’s Health and safety vision throughout the lifecycle of the project Manage and ensure the performance of contractors to deliver project outcomes to time, cost, and quality Key Requirements Strong engineering background specially in the field of water and wastewater projects.
