Requirements: -Qualified Electrician, with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, ideally with a chartered engineer status. -Profound experience as an Electrical Project Manager, or a similar role, working on electrical systems, within a variety of Refurbishment projects. -Strong technical background, with an understanding of various electrical systems, such as ELV, power systems, high/low voltage, and lighting control. -Solid commercial awareness, with knowledge of budget management, and the ability to deliver projects in an inexpensive and timely manner. -Excellent communication, leadership, planning, and organisational skills, with the willingness to collaborate effectively with other professional teams.
