This role is ideal for a Chartered Engineer with strong design-build and water sector experience who enjoys leading complex project delivery across technically demanding infrastructure programmes. You’ll take ownership of design management across a portfolio of projects, driving technical coordination, programme delivery, stakeholder management and multidisciplinary collaboration throughout the full project lifecycle. The Role You’ll be involved in: Leading multidisciplinary design delivery across water and wastewater projects Managing design teams through technical and delivery stages Driving cost-effective, buildable and technically compliant solutions Coordinating project stakeholders, consultants and delivery teams Managing programme, quality and design outputs across multiple projects Supporting technical reviews, risk management and H&S compliance Providing technical support during construction and commissioning stages Contributing towards sustainability and low-carbon delivery objectives The role will involve close collaboration across process, civil and MEICA disciplines within large-scale infrastructure environments. What They’re Looking For Extensive experience within multidisciplinary design management Strong background within water or wastewater infrastructure projects Chartered Engineer status Degree qualified within an engineering-related discipline Experience within design-build project environments Strong understanding of CDM regulations and construction H&S Ability to manage teams, programmes and technical delivery Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability Ideally: APM Project Fundamentals Qualification Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects Knowledge of BIM procedures and collaborative delivery environments Why Apply? This role will focus on delivering highly technical projects, with a particular specialism in healthcare and cleanroom environments.
