The Role You'll be involved in: Managing commercial activities across water and infrastructure projects Supporting contract administration and cost management processes Preparing valuations, forecasts and commercial reports Managing subcontractor accounts and payment applications Monitoring project budgets, risks and commercial performance Supporting change management and compensation events Working closely with project, operational and commercial teams Assisting with financial reporting and project cost control What They're Looking For Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, infrastructure, utilities or engineering sectors Strong commercial and contract management capability Experience managing project costs and commercial reporting Good understanding of NEC contracts and commercial procedures Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills Ability to work within fast-paced project environments Experience within water, wastewater, utilities or civil engineering projects would be highly beneficial.
