BIM Manager – Revit MEP / Stage 5 Delivery Location: Westerham (Hybrid) Salary: £60,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent Urgent Requirement – Immediate Interviews Available An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced BIM Manager to join a growing building services consultancy, supporting the delivery of multiple MEP projects through to Stage 5. This role offers the chance to take ownership of BIM coordination and management across live projects, ensuring high-quality digital delivery within a fast-paced, consultancy-led environment. The successful BIM Manager will play a key role in model coordination, team management and project delivery, working closely with engineers and site teams to deliver fully coordinated Revit MEP models. This is a hybrid role, working in the Westerham office. Key Responsibilities As a BIM Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing and coordinating BIM delivery across multiple MEP projects Leading Revit MEP modelling and coordination activities Driving delivery through RIBA Stage 4 and Stage 5 (construction stage) Managing and supporting BIM Coordinators and Technicians Coordinating models with mechanical, electrical and multidisciplinary teams Overseeing clash detection and model integration processes Ensuring BIM outputs meet project standards, timelines and quality requirements Supporting site teams with construction-stage BIM information Requirements To be considered for this BIM Manager role, candidates should have: Proven experience working as a BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP Experience delivering projects through Stage 5 / construction phase Experience within a contractor or delivery-focused environment (highly desirable) Strong understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection and workflows Experience managing BIM teams and project delivery Excellent communication and coordination skills What’s On Offer £60,000 salary Hybrid working – 3–4 days per week in Westerham office Opportunity to lead BIM delivery on multiple live projects Exposure to construction-stage projects Strong opportunities for career development and progression Why Apply?
