This job opportunity for a Revit MEP Coordinator is one you don’t want to miss! Blueprint Recruitment has an exciting new opportunity for a motivated Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consultancy, on a contract basis. This role requires presence in the Winchester office 2-3 times per week to work on exciting projects. The successful Revit MEP Coordinator will play a key role in producing building services models and drawings using Revit MEP software, whilst working with an established team. This exciting opportunity provides the Revit MEP Coordinator with the chance to work with an enthusiastic team of Engineers and Technicians who provide Design, Planning and Thermal Modelling services for Commercial, Healthcare, Transport and Leisure projects. Key Responsibilities: · Maintain and develop client relations · Complete mark ups on the drawings and make amendments · Perform regular quality checks on the BIM model to ensure accuracy · Create detailed 3D building services models using Revit software · Attending project meetings when necessary · Creating and managing models and drawings to be implemented · Maintaining compliance with the client’s protocols and standards · Reviewing and analysing documents and designs to maintain accuracy · Ensure that projects are delivered within specified timeframes and budgets Key Requirements: · Strong understanding of current UK building regulations and legislation · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team · Previous experience Co-ordinating MEP Services · Degree qualified in Engineering or a relevant field · Extensive experience with the practical application of Revit MEP modelling · Able to attend BIM meetings and coordination workshops · Experience using Navisworks, AutoCAD & Fabrication MEP · Liasing with a variety of stakeholders For further information on this opportunity, please contact Sam Seymour on 02392 603030 or email sam.seymour@blueprintrecruit.com Alternatively, please apply directly using the “Apply” option below.
