Blueprint Recruitment has an exciting new opportunity for a driven Civil Engineer to join an international Design Practice, on a permanent basis in London.

The successful candidate will be a crucial member of the team, sharing expertise and ensuring the delivery of outputs meet client’s briefs by working alongside Engineers, Architects and Designers on a range of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities: 

· Contribute to the delivery of projects

· Produce designs for projects in accordance with relevant design standards and codes

· Lead the Civil Engineering design and provide supervision 

· Support and contribute to the development of more junior staff

· Ensure the provision of efficient and high-quality Engineering services

· Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary design team

· Comply with Quality and Technical Assurance Procedures

· Be aware of and work in compliance with BIM standards, Digital Plan of Work, and the project BIM Execution plan

Key Requirements: 

· Degree in Civil Engineering

· Chartered status or working towards

· Experience managing a team

· Strong experience with current UK design standards and working practices

· Good communication skills, both verbal and written

· Proven experience in developing projects from concept to construction stage

· Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-discipline team
