Blueprint Recruitment have an exciting opportunity you don’t want to miss! We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading Consultancy in Ascot. 

Our client is a well-established design consultancy, known for creating sustainable and innovative projects in various sectors, including education, commercial, hotels, industrial, healthcare, mixed-use and residential.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead Revit and BIM processes across multiple projects.

-Oversee and ensure the accuracy of Revit models, meeting project specs and industry standards.

-Liaise with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless project integration.

-Provide technical guidance and training to more junior staff.

-Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

-Perform quality checks on Revit models to ensure project compliance.

Key Requirements:

-Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

-Extensive experience as a Senior Revit Coordinator.

-Proficient in Autodesk Revit and BIM processes.

-Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols.

-Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff.

-Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
